Lauren Goodger is one of the UK’s most sought after reality stars. Lauren starred on the original reality show The Only Way Is Essex. Lauren cleverly used this platform to launch multiple successful businesses. In 2013 Lauren launched her best selling book entitled Secrets of an Essex Girl. Later that year she joined the cast of ITV show Dancing On Ice.

Lauren become a firm favourite with the public which led to her being a semi finalist on Celebrity Big Brother in 2014. Lauren has continued to be a columnist for various magazines as well as a contributor on numerous TV shows. In 2019 Lauren returned to television screens on E4 show Celebs Go Dating.

In 2021 Lauren had her own OK! Online column chronicling her pregnancy entitled Lauren’s Pregnancy Diary. She later gave birth to her daughter Larose in July 2021 revealing the happy news to New! Magazine. Lauren took taken part in various TV and Podcast interviews including Loose Women and Packed Lunch The Hot Mess Mums Club and Marnie’s Home Truths for MTV.

2022 was a tough year for Lauren after losing her daughter Lorena at birth. Lauren teamed up with the charities Petals and Tommy’s to raise awareness for baby loss. 

She has taken part in various ad campaigns for Foxy Bingo, Hello Fresh, SHEIN and Insurance Company Polly.co.uk as well as charity work appearing in Peta’s anti fur campaign and the Samaritans.
