Craig Johnson-Pass, Director

Craig started his media career 20 years ago, starting in film PR before moving into music PR working at companies including the Outside Organisation, Parlaphone Records and EMI. Craig has worked for the likes of Kylie Minogue, The Who, David Bowie and Coldplay. He then went onto work in event coordination for companies such as Ministry of Sound and Bentleys Entertainments. He worked on events such as the Beckham’s Full Length and Fabulous World Cup Party and Elton John’s annual White Tie and Tiara Ball.

Sallyanne Waterman, Senior Talent Consultant

Sallyanne Waterman has over 20 years experience in the entertainment industry working at various celebrity management companies. She then moved into the marketing field building brands such as Warpaint, Eshish for Vapelux. She also worked on campaigns for treatments such as HD-Brows for the Nouveau Beauty Group as a Publicity and Celebrity Co-ordinator. In 2014 Sallyanne founded her own agency 'Mirror Management', looking after many high profile talent in the UK and the US. As well as that she was freelancing for Force1 Management working with Love Island talent, TOWIE stars as well as other well known TV personalities. She booked TV appearances, endorsements, interviews and social media collaborations. SallyAnne joined Unleashed Talent Management in 2021 as a Senior Talent Consultant.

Amanie has previously worked in the beauty sector and on shows for ITV, Channel 4, E4 and MTV. She has also worked on campaigns for many high end brands for over 10 years, which led her to cross over into management and marketing in the entertainment industry. Amanie has been with the Unleashed Talent family since 2022.
