Kim Woodburn is best known for co-presenting the hit TV show How Clean Is Your House on Channel 4. In 2002 she met with the show and it began airing in 2003 eventually making Kim Channel 4’s highest paid female presenter. Kim and her co-presenter Aggie had a cleaning segment on the Oprah Winfrey show in 2004 after a US version of the show was made and shown on Lifetime. In 2006 she wrote her autobiography ‘Unbeaten’ which detailed her early life. This followed on from 3 books she released with co-star Aggie Mackenzie; ‘How Clean Is Your House’, ‘Too Posh To Wash’ and ‘The Cleaning Bible’. How Clean Is Your House aired on Channel 4 until 2008 with six series in total.
From 2007-2009 Kim filmed a Canadian version of How Clean Is Your House called Kim’s Rude Awakenings. In 2009 Kim also took part in the hit ITV1 show I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, where she was declared runner-up. Kim also appeared on shows such as Big Brother’s Bit On The Side and Celebrity Come Dine With Me. The years that followed saw Kim appear on shows such as The Chase, A Place In The Sun, Come Dine With Me, and Let’s Dance for Comic Relief. In March 2016, Woodburn took part in the second series of Famous, Rich and Homeless for BBC1.
In 2017 Kim took part in the January series of Celebrity Big Brother and was the talk of everyone in the UK due to her honest, no nonsense, straight talking approach. Kim finished in third place and spent the next few months making personal appearances around the UK at nightclubs as well as at the popular Comic Con convention, and of course made several TV appearances on shows including This Morning, Loose Women and The Wright Stuff. Kim rounded off 2017 by appearing on Alan Carr’s New Years Eve Spectacular on Channel 4.
2018 saw Kim become a red carpet roving reporter for The Sun at the NTA awards, where she asked celebrity attendees the questions no one else would dare to ask, as well as taking part in comedy sketches for Soccer Aid. In 2019 Kim launched her hugely successful merchandise range. As well as TV appearance on Tenable All Stars, Morning T and T with The Vivienne and Baga Chipz from Drag Race.
Kim’s recent television made appearances included Served With Jade Thirwall on MTV, Joe Lycett’s Got Your Back, Celebrity Cooking school on E4. Steph’s Packed Lunch, The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan, Talking Pints with Nigel Farage and Tonight Live with Dan Wooton, as well as BBC Three show The Big Proud Party Agency. Kim also launched her range of cleaning products in Poundland Nationwide. As well as campaigns for MissGuided, Iceland and Welcome Break services.
