Lauren Goodger

Lauren Goodger is a prominent UK reality star, known for her role on The Only Way Is Essex. She leveraged her fame to launch successful businesses, including a bestselling book, Secrets of an Essex Girl (2013), and appeared on Dancing On Ice and Celebrity Big Brother.

Lauren has contributed to magazines, TV shows, and participated in Celebs Go Dating (2019). In 2021, she shared her pregnancy journey in her OK! column and welcomed her daughter Larose. Tragically, she lost her daughter Lorena in 2022, and has since worked with charities like Petals and Tommy’s to raise awareness for baby loss.
