Behind Unleashed management are well known founders who have worked with some massive names.
Craig started his career in film PR before moving into Music PR working with global artists like Kylie Minogue, The Who, David Bowie and Coldplay on behalf of The Outside Organisation, Parlaphone Records and EMI. Later on in his career, Craig pivoted into Event coordination where he gained valuable experience working for Ministry of Sound and Bentleys Entertainments. Some of the events he was a part of includes, the Beckham Full Length and Fabulous World Cup Party, Elton John’s Annual white Tie and the Tiara Ball.
With over 20 years of experience working with high profile artists, companies and events, Craig is now channeling his veteran experience in the entertainment industry to create a company with its very own global reputation to match.
Also with over 20 years of experience, Sallyanne Waterman began her career working in the entertainment industry at various celebrity management companies. She then moved into marketing building brands such as Warpaint and Eshish for Vapelux. Progressing from her success in marketing, she took lead on the HD-Brows campaign for the Nouveau Beauty Group as a Publicist and Celebrity Co-ordinator.
In 2014, Sallyanne founded her own agency 'Mirror Management', looking after many high profile talent in the UK and the US all while freelancing for Force1 Management where she worked with Love Island talent, TOWIE stars and other well known TV personalities. During this period, she booked TV appearances, endorsements, interviews and social media collaborations. SallyAnne later joined Unleashed Talent Management in 2021 as a Senior Talent Consultant before moving onto becoming a director.
